Metal Shield

Application of our Metal Shield coatings are a cost-effective way of preventing corrosion and can also be pigmented using Creative Resins concentrate UT colour pigments or colour matched to any RAL, NCS, Pantone and numerous corporate colours from our state of the art ‘Colour Match’ software.
Our Metal Shield paints are scratch resistant, chemical resistant, fast drying and have exhibit excellent surface adhesion. They can be applied using a Roller, Brush or Spray Gun.
This excellent range of anti-corrosive primers and topcoats is ideal for coating aluminium window and door frames as well as garage doors and can also be used in areas where heavy footfall and Anti-Slip properties are demanded such as steel stair treads, fire escapes and walkways.

Timber & Decking Paint
Designed for wood decking, fence panels and garden furniture, our Timber and Decking paint is a specially prepared acrylic and copolymer that is fast drying with an exceptional adhesion directly onto all types of wood. Creating a hardwearing polymer coating on the surface, our paint is flexible allowing expansion and contraction in extreme conditions. Used on Decking, it has excellent water repellent properties as well as being alkali resistant, UV stable and weatherproof and has a fine textured finish that provides good anti-slip properties. Our paint can be applied onto timber fence panels, wooden gates and wooden garden furniture using a roller, brush or conventional spray gun making the application process so simple. And what you don’t use, simply return what is left back into the original container to re-use in the future on any scuffs or touch-ups!

Aerosol Paints 1k
Our Aerosol 1k is a single component spray paint manufactured to any colour using our exclusive colour match software making this the perfect product for decorative touch ups or repairs. Feeling a bit more creative? Why not try our GlassPaint effects in Aerosols for a different approach, like Sandblast or Mirror Paint as seen in the images below. These cans do not require Catalyst so their shelf life is approximately 12 months.

Automatic Painting Lines – Creative Resins
With some of the UK’s largest door, window and profile companies set up with Creative Resins fully automated painting line, stock, cost and colour issues have become a thing of the past. Giving the ability to take a door slab from buff, to colour and dry in under 10 minutes, as well as profile from white, to colour and dry in under 10 minutes.
Starting with our Surface Master, this is capable of cleaning multiple sides as well as recesses and raised surfaces in doors within the same pass. Unique variable speed brushes with specially adapted fine abrasive tips that can be easily removed for cleaning. Also Available in different sizes to prep individual profile strips.
Next to the Spray Master, the automatic spray guns are controlled pneumatically via photo-eyes and timers that coat any surface with our unique Plaspaint. As standard, the machine is prepared for four guns, but if required it can be prepared for more or less.
Finally in to the Dry Master, a drying tunnel system for enhanced curing of painted and lacquered surfaces, specially designed for curing painted lengths of PVCu profile and composite doors as well as various other substrates.
