The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all artwork, design, glasswork and services provided by Creative Resins Ltd. All design work is carried out by Creative Resins Ltd on the understanding that the client has agreed to abide by Creative Resins Ltd’s terms and conditions. Copyright of all design work is retained by Creative Resins Ltd including copy, concepts, ideas, proofs and illustrations (unless specifically released in writing) until after all invoices have been settled.
